Shipping policy

I'm excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means a lot to me that you are welcoming my art into your home.

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for handling. Some of my original artwork still needs varnishing at the moment of your purchase and needs to properly dry before I ship it. Works on paper and prints will have a shorter handling time, around 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping within the EU usually takes around 1 to 4 business days and shipping to the rest of the world can take up to 5-10 business days. Please take in account that during holiday season, shipments may take a few days longer. The actual shipping times are up to the carrier. If your package is late, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you live in The Netherlands within a 50 km radius of Hilversum, I will do my best to personally deliver the art to you.
I will always send the artwork as a traceable package, so you can see where your artwork is. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via info@irisv.art
If you've purchased an original painting, you will have to personally sign for it when it is delivered to you. 

If you need a change of address, I must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase to guarantee a redirect. I am unable to change the address once it had been dispatched from my studio. Iris V. Art is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses by the buyer. Please ensure that you provide your correct and complete mailing address at checkout. 

 

Please note that I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
